Q: Why isn’t freight calculated automatically at checkout?
A: Our products vary in weight when ordering more than one feeder, also the destination of where the product will be delivered will vary as well. Because of this, freight pricing cannot be automated due to many variables.
To get your freight price right we will source a quote freight manually to ensure you get the most accurate and cost-effective shipping option based on your location and order size.
Q: Can I organise my own freight or pick up from a depot?
A: Yes! If you have a preferred freight company or would like to collect from a depot, just let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: How do I find out the freight cost before ordering?
A: Once you place your order or submit an enquiry, we will contact our freight partners and get back to you with a custom quote usually within 12 business days. You’re not locked in until you approve the quote.
Q: How long does it take to get a freight quote?
A: We aim to provide all freight quotes within 12 business days. Rural or remote areas may take a little longer depending on transport availability.
Q: Do I have to pay anything before I get the freight quote?
A: No. You can place an order or enquiry without paying upfront. We will send through your freight quote first, and once you’re happy with it, we will issue a final invoice including delivery.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional and remote locations. If you’re unsure about your area, please contact us to work out the best option and we will do our best to make it happen.
